Thrive Cognitive Therapy is committed to the health and wellness of all clients. Dr. Newman recognizes that clients will continue to seek support and care during this time and will be continuing to offer therapeutic services to both existing and new clients.

If you are symptom free and have not traveled in the past two weeks, you may book an in person appointment. We have separate waiting rooms available for clients to wait individually, and the therapeutic set-up (seating) maintains the distances recommended by public health.

If you do have symptoms, or have traveled recently, or would prefer to remain at home, remote therapy by video chat is also available.
